Referral reward eligibility requirements

• This offer is valid for new Tech Academy registrations and is good at the time of initial registration only.
• The program must be purchased and the first class completed before the referrer is eligible to receive their referral reward. This bonus only applies to referrals that enroll in a program.
• Referral rewards will be disbursed within 30 days of completion of the first course.
• ACI Learning employees are not eligible to earn this reward.

Cancellation policy

This offer is valid for new registrations and is good at the time of initial registration only.

If ACI Learning cancels a course in which an eligible participant is enrolled, ACI Learning reserves the right to place the participant in the same course at the same campus (or other location mutually agreed with the participant) within six (6) months of the original schedule date.

$1,000 In-person referral promotion

If you made a referral and they enrolled in the Computer User Support Specialist program between December 15th, 2025 and January 19th, 2026, you'll get a $1,000 referral bonus upon completion of their first course!

• The referral bonus will be paid out within 30 days of the completion of their first course.
• The promotion applies only to those that enroll in the Computer User Support Specialist program.
• Referrals that enroll in other programs are still eligible for the $500 referral bonus.
• Enrollment must be completed by January 19th, 2026 to be eligible. Referrals that enroll after January 19th, 2026 are still eligible for the $500 referral bonus.
