Amazing program overall, I have seen success first hand with this and at this pace I will get the Net+ and Sec+ certifications promptly. I like the in class course and competing with my peers, I feel like the class environment truly pushes one to excel.

Excellent course, but it should have been longer and geared more towards taking the certification immediately after course completion.

Overall, my experience with ACI Learning has been mixed. The instruction and material itself are solid, and I can see the value in the accelerated format, but there has been a lack of clarity and transparency around what is required to earn a certification voucher. I was under the impression that the voucher would be provided upon completion of the course, not that there would be additional required work outside of class. As someone balancing family responsibilities and limited free time, especially in the evenings after class, the expectation of mandatory homework is difficult to manage. If I had known this upfront, I may have reconsidered enrolling. Given that the program already runs four hours a day, five days a week, it would make more sense to incorporate these requirements into classroom time rather than making them a prerequisite completed at home. While I understand everyone’s schedules differ, optional extra study is reasonable—but making it mandatory for voucher eligibility feels misleading and unnecessarily restrictive. Our instructor was amazing let me make that clear and previous instructors as well, but i wouldn't do this over again knowing what i know now.
