Overall, the CompTIA A+ course was a solid learning experience. As someone who started with little to no experience in this field, I feel that I learned a great deal throughout the course. Regarding the syllabus and course schedule, I would recommend shortening the time dedicated to the AI prompt assignment to a few days and reallocating that time to additional CompTIA A+ topics. Subjects such as hardware, virtualization, cloud computing, and backup and recovery methods could benefit from more instructional time. Some of these topics felt rushed because of the need to stay on schedule, while the AI prompt portion of the course felt relatively slow-paced. Overall, I appreciate the knowledge and effort Mr. Gregory brought to the course. With a few adjustments by ACI to the pacing and allocation of instructional time, I believe the course could be even more beneficial, especially for students who are completely new to the IT field.

Sir Gregory is very knowledgeable, and I thoroughly enjoy the class. While the pace is a bit fast for me as a beginner, and the labs are intensive and sometimes hard to follow, the ACI practice exams, Coach Maci, and the additional resources have greatly improved my CompTIA A+ foundation
