This class was def better than the last, and that has to do with the instructor. This instructor was def very smart and knew the contents he was talking about. He answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood the material before we moved on to the next topic. Great instructor!!!!

Overall, the course was a great introduction to cybersecurity. It was well-organized, easy to follow, and covered all the key topics needed to build a strong foundation for the Security+ certification. The content was engaging, and the Mr. Lee did a great job simplifying complex concepts. I feel much more confident in my understanding of cybersecurity principles and how they apply in real-world situations. This course is a solid starting point for anyone looking to begin a career in IT security.

The ITIL 4 course was a lot of fun! We went over our modules daily and had exercises to complete afterwards to ensure that we understood the material that we had just went over. There were even online games that we played against one another in class that covered the course material, but that made it a lot of fun and competitive (in a friendly way of course). It was a great experience and in the end I passed and got certified in ITIL 4. Huge shoutout to James Wofford and the rest of the staff over at ACI!
