VET TEC (Veteran Employment Through Technology Education Courses) is a VA benefit that can cover tuition and provide a housing stipend for eligible veterans pursuing approved tech training. In many cases, it can help you train for a new career in IT without using up your GI Bill® benefits.
Eligibility is determined by the VA, but VET TEC is generally available to veterans who have at least one day of unexpired GI Bill® entitlement. Speak with our team and we can help you check your eligibility and walk you through next steps.
Graduates of the Computer User Support Specialist program are prepared for in-demand entry-level IT roles like Help Desk Technician, IT Support Specialist, Desktop Support Technician, and Technical Support Specialist. These jobs are a strong fit for veterans because they value problem-solving, communication, and staying calm under pressure, and they can be a fast, reliable path into a long-term IT career in many specializations, such as cybersecurity and networking.
ACI Learning Tech Academy offers both online and in-person training options, but many military education benefits (including Chapter 33) require in-person instruction. Fill out the contact form and our team can help you confirm which training format aligns with your specific VA benefits and program eligibility.
The first step is to connect with a Tech Academy advisor. We’ll help you choose the right program, understand your funding options, and build a clear plan to start training and move into an IT career.
